"The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile. We called her down an hour or so later with a list of what was wrong in the room, but basically no response. The next day Nancy was there and everything ran...

Located super conveniently to many beach bars, restaurants, convenience stores and massage parlours.
Couldn’t recommend this lovely hotel more highly and the free freshly brewed tea and coffee in the reception for guests in the morning is a great touch."

"Really great place to stay w spacy rooms and huge bathrooms. Balcony w sea view and lovely sunset spot. Pool very large and clean.
The cleaning is a bit random and the staff doesn’t know any English, but w hand signs and support via the owner and What’s App we got everything we needed.
Filter water would have been good in the rooms to minimize the plastic waste. But overall everything was great.
The location is perfect on southern Long Beach - close to everything but yet far away enough...

"Clean Villa, wonderful staff, loved having our own infinity pool. Our cleaning lady was amazing! The view was spectacular, monkeys, crickets, birds and landscaping were lovely. The only suggestion I would make is that the Villa is not part of the resort and a long 1/4mile walk to the hotel lobby/restaurant and main road. If they put in a walking path that connected the Villa to the amazing Chill Grill House (excellent chill vibe great bar and pizza Swiss family Robsinson style) road that would be far better than the trek up to the Villa. Unfortunately we didn’t find it till our last night. Hotel picked us up and transported us for free from Ferry to Villa but charged $500baht to take us back to the ferry, they had other couples going. The Villa does not have screens and at night when you have lights on the bugs and mosquitoes come in. You can’t leave the windows open because of the monkeys. Thankfully half the Villa (the bedrooms) have A/C!! We loved our relaxing time here. "
