"The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said...

"There were several instances where the staff’s limited English led to repeated follow-up calls for clarification. Additionally, some information was changed again at check-in, causing confusion. The accommodation also had a noticeable issue with ants and other insects."

"Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. Didn’t use the bed. Checked in 11pm, got only a key-check in lady can’t speak English? Left at ...

"The whole building smelt so bad. The staffs weren’t engaged at all, just watching their phones, hanging out with other staffs. Constantly made me wait for absolutely nothing. Would not stay there ever again. Made my whole trip like an absolute waste."

"Beautiful view and reasonable price, but terrible service and cleanliness. The bathroom tiles and floors were black and poorly cleaned. The staff was unprofessional and rude. At checkout, they bluntly demanded I wait 5 minutes without any explanation. Later, I found out it was for a room inspection for the deposit. Communication was awful."

"深夜のフライトのための休憩として利用した。スタッフの英語が訛りすぎていて意思の疎通が難しかった。施設は外観に比べて中身は全体的に物足りない感じ。 キッズクラブは広く、子どもは大満足していたが電気がついておらず薄暗かった。 またキッズクラブまで歩いて行くには遠くバギーでの移動を頼む必要あり。 だが、部屋からのオーシャンビューが非常に美しく、これには感動した。 また近所の韓国料理の店がとても美味しかった。無料送迎バスで空港まで送ってもらった。"

"by the airport; Expedia should have address of this property clearly marked so guests could book taxis and share rides like grab. I had to call the property and was given vague instructions. If you didn't speak Vietnamese, it would have been an issue. Shame on Expedia. "

"This property was beautiful, however extremely hard to find. We also had a room for 3 people and getting additional towels was a hassle. We couldn't just contact the front desk to get additional towels, we actually had to contact the "property owner". The whole process was more difficult than it needed to be for additional necessities "

"호텔 위치도 좋고 객실도 깨끗함. 다만 가까운곳에 24시간 운영하는 마트같은건 하나도없어. 뭐사려면 공항을 가라고하던데, 막상새벽시간에 공항을가보면 공항에도 기대이하의 물품만판매해.(일상에 필요한 물건들은 전혀 살수가없음) 그리고 체크인은 너무오래걸리고(나를 체크인해준 직원은 남자직원이었는데, 도무지 서비스마인드라곤 하나도 찾아보기힘들었음. 밤시간대에 손님들이 많아서 많이기다렸는데 인사는커녕 손님들 체크인하는내내 한숨쉬고, 얼굴에 불편한표정만 잔뜩.. 교육이 절실히 필요해. 아니 교육보다는 그런직원은 해고해야함. 별 1점주기도 아까움)"
