"Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. Didn’t use the bed. Checked in 11pm, got only a key-check in lady can’t speak English? Left at ...

"It would be impossible to overstate how wonderful this place! A wonderful experience in all ways! Beautiful property, great staff, incredible breakfast buffet and VERY comfortable bed! Will definitely return!"

"The hotel was good , clean and the staff was great. The location not so great . Poor side of town it seemed"

"1100 plus rooms but no way to check in before the 2:00 time line as “your room is not ready” was the answer for 90 minutes. The place was so empty and quiet they shut down the restaurant and kiosk. If you look close you can see the dirt. So don’t look too closely"

"Very good"

"Staff was friendly, room was clean, and the Service was excellent!"

"Overall The resort has a lovely private beach, comfortable rooms, and good dining options. However, poor communication, coordination, and service fell short of five-star expectations. Better planning and more proactive guest service would greatly improve the experience the reson why a 4* review is given. The Cons Lack of concierge service: No staff assisted with my luggage upon arrival, despite the hotel being quiet. This falls short of five-star expectations and a VIP Expedia property,...

"The room was clean, good breakfast. It's close to the airport. Staff were friendly."

"Really enjoyed the property and private beach. Breakfast was delicious."

"This place is along the fishing peninsula. The room was nice and clean. Staff rented me a scooter for around $5 a day so that I could ride around the peninsula and check out some of the islands that are near by. Run by a very friendly family."

"Such a wonderful experience staying here. It’s a brand new property, absolutely immaculate. We spent one night there and regret not being able to stay longer. We booked one of their signature “The Level” suites and with sweeping views of the mountains and sea. The staff were very attentive to our needs and made us feel truly welcome especially Hai Vy who checked us in and Thanh Thanh who checked us out. Breakfast was delicious as well! Will definitely come again!"

"The beach had restricted access. I wasn’t sure whether it was because of the strong tides or the lack of lifeguards."

"we enjoy our stay the villa was nice and well equipped.."
