"Everything about this place was amazing. The room was clean. There were so many pools, the main pool had an awesome Aquarium with sharks and sea turtles and a cliff to jump off of. The drinks were strong and the food was delicious. The property was updated and well kept. The beach was beautiful and clear. The staff was kind and accommodating. Loved this trip!"

"I loved the Beautiful Ocean West Boutique Hotel it was like sleeping in your own Castle and the room was elegant. The bed was big and comfy made you feel like royalty. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool was pretty and fun to enjoy later in the day. The rooms in the hotel were all so unique and historical looking. Dinning room is also so beautiful. The stairway is gorgeous. The free wifi worked well but only on the floor you stayed on. Also nice parking area with gated...

"The property is beautiful however, after repeated requests prior to our trip and during our trip for a refrigerator, we were ignored. We needed it for medicine so we had to keep getting ice at the Monkey Bar. Also I’m recommending that the SLS provide the water bottles like the Rosewood and Hyatt. We will go back to the Hyatt our next visit."

"Breakfast was AMAZING! I had pancakes, eggs, bacon, and fruit. Staff was SUPER NICE! Room & bed were comfortable! Refrigerator and microwave worked well as did the A/C. It smelled musty in the bathroom and the bathroom window didn’t shut fully are the only negatives."

"The mattress in my room was horrible. I limped around for the last two days while I was in nassau. Breakfast buffet is the same cost $38 as Atlantis posiedons table. Food choice on the other hand is not even close. Selection of items are also not on par with the other resorts. Staff is nice grounds are impeccably kept i give a 10star rating to the grounds crew. Doormen are also top notch. Room has a dated feel but to be expected being nassaus oldest hotel."

"A Stone’s Throw Away was the perfect spot for a beautiful and peaceful getaway. Hotel staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The views were stunning from the hotel. The pool was warm and clean. It was nice to feel like we were in a private hotel. It was very quiet at night, and the rooms were always cool. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the Bahamas. Not wheel chair accessible."
