The rooms come with a refrigerator that does not have a freezer. However, you can drop off items that need to be frozen at the office, and they will be placed in a freezer. The rooms do not come with a microwave oven; however, they will provide you with one for $15 per day. The tennis and pickleball courts are on top of a parking garage. There are low nets around the perimeter of the courts. There is no elevator. There are three floors of rooms. The beds are firm, and the pillows are great. I slept very well. The rooms are very quiet. The air conditioner/heater is controlled by a remote control. There are nice items in the Pelican Roost Boutique, and you can get a !0% military discount there."
