"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"I had a wonderful experience at Sea Face. My massage from Indu was amazing. Each day I had a massage and was extremely happy. The front desk was most accommodating and my room was cool, clean and santized. My room facee the sea with a large balcony. The pool was clean and with staff available to help. "

"Die Liegenschaft hat ein hervorragendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Habe für 1 Nacht / 1 Person / 1 Zimmer Sfr. 10.- bezahlt. Es ist nahe gelegen am berühmten Lighthouse Beach. Jedoch ziemlich weit weg vom Flughafen Trivandrum. (ca. 30 Minuten.) Etwas Nachteilig waren die Hundegebelle in der Nachbarschaft welche man in der Nacht hörte. Würde sofort wieder dort übernachten."

I particularly appreciated the room being mosquito proof, meaning all mesh over ventilation openings were perfectly secure. Restaurant staff were particulary thoughtful and helpful. "Australians with young family visiting South India for the first time. The staff were polite, attentive and made everything easy; picked up from the airport after midnight, provided delicious traditional breakfasts, clean rooms, provided water bottles and clothes washing on request (additional fee), arranged drivers as needed. This was a very good experience. The care taker Saiyer was very attentive. Highly recommend 👌 "

"The hotel has a perfect view it’s so beautiful. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left it was amazing the staff were so welcoming and kind. They will do anything to help you. The only weird thing was when my friend came I had to pay additional for him(maybe this is common in India) but other than that this place is perfect accomodation perfect staff and perfect location"

"My mother and aunt, both 70-years-old were staying at the hotel for a religious event happening in the town. the Hotel was very helpful and made the trip stress free (Literally it was stress free) they also assisted them in fulfilling the religious rituals for which they were there for.
