"A estrutura do hotel, o atendimento da equipe e a localização foram os pontos positivos. O que não funcionou bem foi o quarto que fora contratado como vista para o mar e de fato nao ocorreu pois tinha um edifício a frente tapando 80 % da vista. Quando solicitei a troca para um andar mais alto para atender minha necessidade , nao fui atendido. Segunda situação foi a questão de nao haver nenhum tipo de controle para que pessoas marquem lugares nas cadeiras do parque aquatico sem estar presentes...

Gorgeous views, staff were very friendly and great to work with and sort out any issues (or AC split stopped working for a moment and they quickly resolved the issue). "This was our 2nd time there. Location is great! But did find the hotel to be runner down a little. The bathroom had mold which affected my son’s allergy and we had to get moved. It wasn’t the 4 star feel we were anticipating. The main restaurant is no longer at La carte daily and it’s a Buffett. We ate there on our 1st night and the options were very limited and we ended up eating pasta and fries which were not great for 25 euro per person! Should have ordered Uber Eats!"

"Buffet breakfast was excellent, serving everything you would want. We didn’t have half board and used the Primadonna Italian restaurant and Cocos Portuguese restaurant over the 5 nights we stayed. Both were excellent. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. After midday, the young lads from the bar were very friendly and helpful serving the poolside. Beach was 200m 5 minutes to walk along the wooden boardwalk."

"Hotels not that big. Perfect really. Had a great time with the family, made it feel relaxed and peaceful. Theres just a few things that need improving, we found spiders and ants in my room. We could never quite figure out the lights. The Pool closed 7pm which I felt was a bit early, especially being in the Summer. They also do BBQ nights on Thursday… when we called it was fully booked. We would have loved to have experienced it, so perhaps encouraging guests to reserve in advance would help or...

Restaurants were also clean and well presented. Drinks options were limited and didn’t include premium brands. Swimming pool area could do with a little improvements. "The resort was lovely and very close to beautiful beaches. I would come back with my family again in the future. Just remember when you check in to ask where to put your trash as you have to take it outside resort to the street."
