"Wonderful location, amazing staff (especially front desk and the beach umbrella boy). The beach is beautiful and the beachside cantina came in so handy for drinks and lunch!
Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and I was very impressed with the offerings of actual fresh berries! Overall a great hotel to enjoy Atlantic Beach.
Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because we were placed in a room on the 2nd floor which literally looked out to a tar roof with A/C units. Balcony door would not open (we only wanted to dry towels, not to actually sit on that ugly thing) so we had to call maintenance. The room was sold as "partial ocean view" so I was expecting that but not a hot tar roof...
Credit to front desk, they did try to find another room but there was not any available.The girls who work the front office are super friendly and helpful, a spectacle of Southern hospitality overall."
