"Was told The room was €526 payable in cash only, despite booking through Expedia at €475 inclusive! We also queried his charge for dog of €13 / night, when advertised as €7 / night on Expedia. He said it is Expedia’s problem and not his, and that we need to ask them to amend his prices. He says he doesn’t have a card machine and told us where the cash points were. Clearly a customer orientated operator, not! After a long journey we agreed to pay up as would be too much hassle to go...

"Perconeel was heel vriendelijk,keigoed hotel"

"Correct verblijf, ideale ligging."

"We loved our stay at Huyze Fox. It was great to have use of the pool and sauna facilities, and to enjoy the peaceful retreat, amongst small wooden gardens, after days in the busy centre of Bruges. Complimentary bikes made it easy to get into the centre of the city in no time - all on dedicated cycle paths."

"Séjour Parfait ! Merci à Isabelle pour son accueil."

"Excelente habitación"

"What a beautiful B&B! We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. The rooms are gorgeous, thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need, and the breakfast was delicious! Hans and Tamara are exceptional hosts who truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

"Mooie accommodatie, netjes stijlvol en schoon. Yin is een vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. De ligging is perfect om zo het centrum in te wandelen. Er zijn volop mogelijkheden om op loopafstand te ontbijten."

"Hotel maravilloso, muy buena ubicacion, todo muy cuidado, el staff muy amable. Te guardan el equipaje despues del check out. Desayuno por costo extra. Muy recomendable."

"We got an upgrade to a beautiful room with fruit and water waiting in the room. A comprehensive breakfast was provided. The made to order items were good but not great. Our room had a bit of an eggy smell which I think came from the taps. We didn't notice at first as the drains were closed when we checked in. It didn't ruin the room but was a little off putting when you spend so much money on a hotel. We were on the top floor and had beautiful windows that could open up to the sound of church...

"The room was on the ground floor, so to keep the room private the blinds had to be shut all the time. This made the room fairly dark but that fit perfectly with the design. Bathroom was very spacious and had a lovely open glass wall to a small indoor garden. At no time did we have any personal contact to the staff, but all our questions were answered promptly by messaging and there was a beautiful breakfast set up for us in the morning, as if by magic."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend."

"Heel goed Douche was minder"
