"We had an amazing 10-night stay at Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, and I honestly can’t fault the experience. The hotel was incredibly accommodating, especially towards our 3-year-old, which made such a difference for us as a family. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Over the course of our stay, we built genuinely lovely relationships with many of the team. A special mention to Hnin, Irfan, the GBR Manager, who was consistently attentive and professional, Suri the chef, and Paramjit along with the rest of the security staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and reassuring throughout our stay. One of the most thoughtful highlights was the surprise birthday decorations and a beautiful fruit spread arranged in our room after the staff found out I was pregnant, which we had not requested at all. The attention to detail was incredible, and they even included images from our previous visits, which was such a personal and touching gesture. It truly made us feel remembered and genuinely cared for. The level of care, warmth, and personal attention we received made this holiday unforgettable. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended, especially for families seeking exceptional service and heartfelt hospitality. 🌴✨"

"We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel, Dubai, The Palm. Great staff, very welcoming and friendly. The restaurants were all great! The breakfast selection is outstanding and so delicious!! We loved the heated pool which was very relaxing. The pool area is beautiful as are the lobby and main areas. We had a suite which we loved! It has a kitchen and washer/dryer, also 2 bathrooms and a beautiful balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. Overall a great and relaxing experience. Thank you! "
