"The huts and gardens were fantastic. The huts had everything you needed and were clean and tidy. Loved sitting in the hot tub at night watching the bats! "

"The grounds are amazing and the Castle is beautiful from the outside. We were not allowed to enter the castle because it was rented out for our entire stay. We stayed in the Lodges which would have been nice had some issues been addressed. First off the doors were left open when we got there, front and back, so we thought maybe we were in the wrong place. The hot water lasted 5 mins and never came back. "We arrived very late (as in seven the next morning) due to ferry problems. Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and in person."

"AC broke on the first hour there. Asked for a different room and was full and told to check tomorrow. Called five times to get the AC fixed and was told each time it would be. The next day I was told they would try fixing it again instead of moving me. Supposedly tried calling me later in the night for a switch. I tried calling reception twice on separate times with no answer. Checked out finally. Spent two days sweltering. Worst experience in my 5 days around Ireland so far."

An ice machine would have been the one thing that would have made this perfect. Oh yes and the breakfast was one of the best in our last 10 weeks of travel."
