"I asked the staff using hotels.com messaging if the hot tub was actually heated and they assured me that it was, this was a lie. I purposely chose this room because of the staff telling me the hot tub worked properly. We used the hot tub one time after a long day in the dining. I would like a partial refund, as I told them that I would request in messenger odd my demands were not met. They knew and they lied and took my money. "
