"This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. I checked out and moved to Nordic hotel -- more expensive but at least stuff works and you can get things done. I should say that staff at the View are...

"I really enjoyed my time at Bluerock. I was given a free upgrade when I expressed dissatisfaction with my room up on check-in and the new room was perfect. I'm a big stickler for smell and hygiene when it comes to accommodation and Blue Rock knocked it out of the park"

"The property looks even better in-person. We booked the penthouse and we were blown away by how luxurious it was. Rhe arwa is secure and we felt safe the entire time. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi and the food delivery took way too long to arrive. The foid was really tasty though so that made up for the wait. They have a notebook where they write everything like this is 1882. Expedia should de-list them.
