"Clean rooms and great staff"

"We enjoyed our stay, will love to go back, the staff was excellent. Had a bit of an issue when we arrived in our room. Shortly after the maintenance guy attended, we were upgraded immediately to a fantastic room. We could not have been treated any better. Loved our stay."

"Location, location, location. Ideal for views, walks, eateries, observing passing parade. For us it was the memories about growing up near the beach. Room was spacious but a little tired but given the salty environment that's understandable Bought the parking and glad I did so, no street parking in area."

"We liked because of the facility for transportation :Buses and trains the room service was intermittent,on the first ocasion lasted 12 days without room service, having to personnaly mention to the cleaning staff, the supply of coffee and sugar some times not apparent. The person renting the property was a personal friend, came from overseas, and the impression she took ,unfortunate it was unpleasant, opposite of my previous comments about Australia"

"Rooms were not very well maintained. A lot of damage and stains. Coffee table had stains on it. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes."
