"So very helpful, it was my first trip having to use a wheelchair because of illness. Staff was Great 😃 The ability to get around was easy, places to eat etc and now the cronulla sharks club is open it should be even better!"

"The reception staff were great. The bartenders were awful. It was more important to them to stock the bar than help us the customer. Overall it is a cold hotel with a lot of metal and concrete"

"Unfortunately the lobby bar and rooftop restaurant were under construction and, although the staff assured me all guests were notified when booking, I don't recall receiving this information. For the price of one night, guests deserve a phone call after booking and email, ensuring people know the status of the hotel while under construction. The footpath & streetside were also being worked on, making it difficult to get taxi/ride-share transport with luggage. I was hoping for a better experience...

"Really loved all the extras this property offers- laundry in room, kitchen, and we managed to use the sauna before it closed for the evening which i appreciated as we had a long flight back to Canada the next day. Some of the amenities seem very new and up to date, but a few things need replacing. Beds, kitchen etc; were super clean! However we found a used bandaid in the shower sitting on top of the soap dispenser."

"It's great to stay if you have early flights as it is only a 5 minute walk to international terminal. Bed was very comfortable."

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"

"Great location and staff. Nice rooms but tiles loose in bathroom woth water seeping under. Reported to staff and action was promised. Great views on the top deck of airport. Easy walk to domestic, need transportation to international terminal… about $15 in Uber."
