"Excellent"

"Nice hotel, nice breakfast, great location and I have stayed there many times. The bad part is that they now charge for parking for the first time, which is ridiculous. You can park on the street or anywhere around the hotel for free. For some reason, with booking the hotel on Expedia, I was able to avoid the parking fees. When. I was checking out, the hotel clerk said, "I don't know how you avoided the parking fees!" And I said, "Good! See you later. " Then I left the hotel."

"The cleaning folks were clearly doing as best as they could considering the property itself was in such poor repair. You could see the years (yes, years) of deferred maintenance. The bathtub had new tiles, but the grout and the caulk was so poorly adhered that it was not possible to clean. Both were in pieces and the bottom of the bathroom door and the trim around it was falling apart. The bathtub had pieces missing. The temperature control box for the HVAC did not work at all.
