"We had an amazing time! The staff from check in, housekeeping, restaurant and chef were excellent! We had a later flight and they made sure we were able to extend our check out time, hold our luggage and access the hotel amenities until we were ready to go. "The hotel is good, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The food at the hotel is also good, and I enjoyed my stay overall. The only issues I noticed were the pool towels and the beach service. The towels provided for the pool are extremely poor quality they are old, rough, and worn out. I think this is something the hotel should improve. Also, the beach area that the hotel recommends is not a private beach. The staff working there do not have a clearly designated area with the...
