"We paid for a 4 1/2 star stay at this property, but we honestly felt that it should be rated no more than a two star! We were put in one of four buildings, and this particular building was completely outdated. Furnishings were old and dirty, and the carpeting was filthy…. The lightning was so dim, it made it impossible to safely climb and descend a very crooked steep staircase. The bed was comfortable but the carpet in the bedroom was filthy, and there are no outlets other than in the bathroom...

We gave the keys back and left and tried to get my money back but no success. We booked another hotel which was 100% better"

"Floors were not cleaned at all before we got into our room. WiFi never worked, messages manager telling him. He said ok I’ll reset it. I said it never worked. Never got a response back. One of our bed was outdated , had springs poking through . Had a refrigerator from 1978 . Not worth 270 dollars that’s for sure."
