"The hotel was great. It is newly renovated and we loved that there was no carpet in the rooms. The rooms also have great lighting. Our only complaint was that it really smelled like weed in the hallway and our clothes left smelling like it."

"Everything was amazing from start to finish. Check in was a breeze and the clerk was super helpful and friendly. The room by far exceeding my expectations. I was on the 17th floor and the view was gorgeous, and it was considered the less expensive city view vs the more expensive view of the CN tower. The room was very clean and well maintained. I ordered uber eats and they didn't provide utensils so a quick call to concierge and she offered to have them delivered to the room or for me to walk...

"What a beautifully appointed hotel! Lots of room in the lobby to sit, relax, work or chat. Room was clean and had everything we needed (except the pour-over coffee was not the best). We couldn't get the curtains to close though, so it was too bright in our room for sleeping well. Overall, a great spot and central to everything."

"Nice hotel right near the lake. Room was well appointed, friendly staff, easy check in. Coffee and water in the room and a coffee place in the lobby. Also had breakfast at the restaurant on the 5th floor. Wait staff was excellent, food was good and view was nice !"

"Was concerned about the other reviews but everything went smoothly and we received damage deposit back 5 days after checkout."

"There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. "

"This is certainly a unique hotel, 4 exquisite bedrooms only within a woman’s club with beautiful woman’s only spa /pool etc . The rooms are amazing , gorgeous bathrooms including baths and salts to use and a balcony also . Fantastic speakeasy bar and a lounge with yummy food . ( there is also a beautiful restaurant ) The decorating is beautiful also . Staff are extremely helpful / attentive and kind . I would highly recommend a stay here ."
