"We had an amazing stay at nobu hotel this past week. Front desk staff are so helpful, they catered to all of our needs and felt like they went above and beyond. Breakfast included was so filling, and chefs were kind enough to cater specially for our baby. Super clean room, very luxurious , 10/10."

"Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

"Darsil went above and beyond to help us when our stay was cancelled by the Property management company. He made the 2.5 hour transition and stress much easier to deal with. He was patient and helpful and very willing to help accommodate us when we arrived at midnight without a room."

"The staff when you come in was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and answered any questions you had. When big buses arrived with people they were very organized and you were able to still to get through even though the lobby is very small."
