"From start to finish we had a great stay at the Slipway. Room 11 is wonderfully quirky with a lovely outlook over the port. Spotlessly clean and tidy, we couldn’t fault anything and all the staff were brilliant so well done to all! We intend staying again soon. Parking is a 10 minute walk but not a long way to go and £11 a day or £29 a week"

"Great apartment a few hundred yards from the beach. Lovely sea view from our apartment. Very clean and well presented with everything we needed for a short break. Good range of food and drink in the pub downstairs but nice and quiet in the apartment. Would definitely recommend. "

"Room could have been cleaner. Hair in tub still, fingernail clipping behind door. Restaurant was very busy and we needed reservations to eat. Was not pointed out upon arrival. Restaurant ran out of some menu items by the time we could eat. Food was meh. This hotel is farther away from city center and to get to more eating places is about 20 minute walk. Good for getting in and out of each day, not good for food when we got back. Breakfast was ok, but they were slow to replace items that...
