"The room was clean; however, it was difficult to get fresh towels. The staff were mostly friendly, but there were times when they seemed annoyed or ignored you completely, the Wi-Fi is awful. We had no Wi-Fi in our room, and the only place you could get Wi-Fi was in the lobby area."

"The hotel was beautiful, however there were a few details that were overlooked and some water issues. The whole week we were there we did not have hot water in the shower and were told it was because of the high occupancy. There were also some basics in the room that were missing such as wineglasses, corkscrew and when we asked we were told there would be a delivery charge to get them. The bathrooms at the beach/pool that are shared with the Reef were out of order because they had low water....

"Smell in lobby disgusting..elevators didnt always work...rugs in halways needs to be changed out(dirty)..the bed in room was not comfortable (about to fall apart) ..need another exit to make it easier to get to the beach..."

"Limited wifi. Property very poor condition, nothing like the pictures. Very old and run down maybe a $40 room that we paid close to $200 CND for. "

"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

"Rooms were very nice and clean. Property was really well kept and clean. Excellent service. The pools were kind of empty and not super sunny for vacation lying out. Beach was kind of dull, not a lot going on at the pool or beach. Restaurants were good but very expensive. "

"Everything was excellent, but they don’t have enough staff to enjoy all of the amenities/slides. It was an amazing time despite that, and the staff who was there did a very good job. My family of 4 had an amazing time, and I would recommend Atlantis to other families. "

"There's a problem with the housekeeping. They were supposed to clean our room every day. We complained about it several times, but they never did it, until the last day, when they did the bed, but nothing more. It was really disappointing."

"We were welcomed with warm Bahamian hospitality right from arrival to our departure. We came early before check in and left after checkout time and we were able to store our luggage both times. We were also able to use the hospitality room before leaving to change out of our swim suits before heading out. We were able to try the restaurant and the food and drinks were excellent. The building is older, but the beds were comfy, clean and the breakfast was great. Would recommend and would return. "
