"People are friendly and Location is great if you have business in the port, visiting or joining a ship. Rooms are clean, aircon works well and comfortable overall. Now the noise ..... I was next to the pool so the first night rained and it felt like the rain was inside my room. That combined with a Frog from hell that sang ALL NIGHT. So beds are great and great hotel if you sleep during the day. Will also appreciate better mosquito protection on the windows."

"The hotel sells daily passes for waterpark access and the beach to cruise ship passengers. This overcrowds both places leaving guests of the hotel with fighting for beach spots/chairs and for room at the pool and waterpark. Margaritaville should really limit the passes and prioritize its guests."

"We had an amazing 3 night stay here. Excellent staff and property. The beach which is about a 5 minute car ride away is also amazing. Best beach we have been on. The staff is very helpful with making sure you get there when you want. Can’t wait to come back here soon."

"I loved the Beautiful Ocean West Boutique Hotel it was like sleeping in your own Castle and the room was elegant. The bed was big and comfy made you feel like royalty. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool was pretty and fun to enjoy later in the day. The rooms in the hotel were all so unique and historical looking. Dinning room is also so beautiful. The stairway is gorgeous. The free wifi worked well but only on the floor you stayed on. Also nice parking area with gated...
