But it comes with all the charm of a boutique hotel, like a slow elevator (and only one small elevator), so don't expect the perks and efficiency of a franchise hotel. But I still prefer it and it feels more like home. I'll stay there again when I'm in Evanston!"

"They require a large cash or Venmo deposit which is shady. Took them 2 weeks to send it back minus 15$ to which I got no response to why. Communication sucks and they gave me the wrong room. No apology no adjustment. Nothing."
