"Location nice, but difficult to get to. The furthest hotel from the square. No one could be bothered to help us get our luggage up the stairs. Air conditioning did not work well, kept turning off. Felt like we were gaslighted, that it was working, we just don't know how air conditioning works. Not hot water for shower. Ants. Rooms extremely outdated. Not a 4 star hotel, like it's rated. The beach view and access was very nice and beautiful, but would probably spend a little more money to stay...

"We had a nice stay at Hotel Villas Plat in Plat, Croatia. The property has a lot of potential and some really beautiful features, including an infinity pool and lovely beaches right on the property. The location is also great, especially if you want to be close to nearby towns like Cavtat and Dubrovnik while still staying in a quieter coastal area. "The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Great location by the marina and a short walk to the bus stop. 10 minute walk over the hill to swimming in the Adriatic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!"
