The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. "

"The business facility was not appropriate since there were mold in the bathroom ceiling and leak in the bathroom sink. There was a cracked in the wall above the TV, there were not hot water for 3 days, the second day there was not chef so no breakfast, the room did not have phone, they claimed it was on repairs for years. The staff was very nice but the above mentioned was unacceptable."

"It is a pity that the music played is too loud and not suitable, interfering with conversation. When I complained I was told that is how the owner likes it. First principle for hospitality business: please your customers, not yourself. Why not gentle pan music, or guitar, piano? You are in Trinidad, set the right mood!"

"Hands down the worst hotel experience. They 'lost' one of the bookings for our party, so everyone had to pile into my room--including a child-- in the wee hours of the morning while I contacted Expedia, who mercifully was able to get them to actually recognize and respect our booking, which I had verified by phone and email before arrival. It smells like a scam around Carnival, though we were not there for carnival. Buyer beware as you may show up and they may have no record of your booking...
