"The room was clean and nice, but there was no AC or heater. There was a wheel to change the temp but no vent or anything that made a noticeable change to the temp in the room. The walls and floors were also very thin, we were on the bottom floor and could hear every footstep or talking from the room above. "Great location right on bluff above the beach & close to restaurants. Very clean with just one problem, a wonky bathroom window that wouldn’t shut completely or open much further. They allow dogs & have a nice dog park for dogs to run around/go potty. Our room on bottom floor had a slider that opened to the deck where everyone likes to sit around fire pits. "I LOVED the lock box key card for people who travel late. The property isn’t 24 hours because it is a small town but they do give you options to have your key card in a lock box with a unique code for those who arrive late. We arrived at midnight and were able to get into our room perfectly! I ended up needing extra towels and a broom (due to breaking a glass personal item) and they had maintenance come and clean it up even though i told them i would happily do so! "The room appeared to have been recently remodeled so it was very clean, especially the bathroom. A nice selection of TV channels were available, although sometimes the signal was too weak. The facility was very pet friendly, with several poop bag stations around the property and a large lawn in front for dogs to play on. A continental breakfast was available every morning at 8 am in the small lobby. I only wish they had installed washlets when they replaced the toilets."
