"Be aware there is no cleaning and having now stayed in a few rooms, each has hair remaining from previous guests. When I flagged this they said the cleaners would come - the cleaners changed half the towels (not all), left all rubbish on the top (there is no bin) and did nothing about the hair visible on the floor. The bottles for the body wash etc. were broken and so couldn’t be used and the shelf itself was broken so the bottles would fall off if you did attempt to use. It’s impossible to get through to speak to reception from the AI bot and even when you do they ignore you and do nothing about your request. "

"Our room was clean and had everything we needed. View of Barangaroo was lovely especially at Sunset. Had a delicious breakfast with great variety and beautiful view of Sydney Harbour. Staff were very attentive."

"My Tower Premium King Room on the 23rd floor was spacious. The bellmen at the front of the hotel treated me kindly. However, the lobby staff could be more welcoming to guests. The bed was cozy, and my room, away from the elevator, was mostly quiet. Unfortunately, the bathroom plumbing needed repairs. The sink faucet leaked, and the shower overflowed into the bathroom's main area. The good news is that the housekeeping staff cleaned these water spills during their daily service. When I ordered room service, it arrived quickly. However, the pricing doesn’t reflect the limited menu. All in all, I would return to this hotel. Its location is in the city center, and I enjoyed working at a sizeable desk. A few tweaks to the hotel’s operations would improve the customer experience."

"Convenient location. Check in was quick and simple. Excellent Darling Harbour view. Room was clean and well furnished. Quite a few options for dining, but menus were similar."

"Great location modern apartments. Nice pool area and hot tub. Helpful staff. Our apartment was unfortunately quite dark as didn't get the sun most of the day and we had initial apartment balcony cleanliness issues but these were addressed quickly by the staff when brought to their attention . Hardly surprising as the the sliding doors to the balcony were very sticky and almost impossible to open throughout our stay so would have been an issue for the cleaning staff. Otherwise it was quite comfortable and a pleasant stay"
