"This resort was amazing. The pools and hot tubs were always clean and not over crowded. The staff was very friendly and professional. Also, although you couldn't always park on the main level there was always a spot. Lastly, the view of the beach was breathtaking not to mention the ease of access to the beach. And we never had a chance to try any of the food. We are planning a return visit now."

"Just wasn’t clean- mainly poorly maintained, I wouldn’t necessarily blame the cleaning people. It smells musty, the whole night we were stuffy and congested, amenities were decent. Really small rooms, don’t expect to be moving around much. All in all, I would stay somewhere else."

"Overall it was an average at best experience. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. We were air drying our swim gear on our balcony, only to receive a message saying we could not leave anything unattended on the balcony. Even though many rooms did the exact same thing. The only real good things was the view of the ocean and easy parking. "

"Yes, it was amazing. We had most definitely gotten th e best room. We were able to see the beach and the main area. The place was very clean. The staff who gave us the room were so kind, as were the other staff members."

"Ive had a lot of bad experiences before and never left a review on anything until now. Stayed here two times before and it was great. The last time was horrible. I was locked out of the room multiple times. The door ended up dying twice on two different nights. It ended up being 6 total trips back to the lobby. The room was horrible. Dirty floors, the fridge/freezer kept freezing everything. One electrical outlet not even close to the bed that was available to plug stuff into. Random people beating on the door all through the night. On checkout day I asked about some type of refund and was told “we’re sorry, we will email you” it’s been 5 days and haven’t received anything. All around, it was HORRIBLE. I do not recommend staying here to anyone. "

"Indoor pool was overcrowded. Bathroom tub was clogged as soon as I turned it on. Room towels were not best condition first 2 I picked out had hair on them. Luckily I had my own towels. "
