Not servicing the rooms should have been communicated in advance of booking, not when you arrived to the facility! We could not even get a fresh towels nor trash is collected. Bro room was clean great customer service easy checkout, easy check-in parking was OK. Great location near the beach fun activities for the kids fun pool area for the kids. Nice stay.
