"Check in was very easy. Parking, if you're lucky, you can get a spot on the property but there is a parking garage across the street not too far. It's secure and you need a pass key to get in. The main entrance was very clean and welcoming. Our condo was on the 8th floor. The key pass does not work on the door so you have to punch the code in all the time. "Property was clean and gorgeous! Heated pool was amazing! Price of drinks was very high. $45 for two pina coladas! There was not enough staff for the bar area and the Brewer's marketplace area. Both were left unattended for stretches of time leaving patrons standing around."

The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The create your own omelet was amazing and the chef was friendly and cooked my omelet to perfection. The grounds were well maintained. "

"The pools were nice & we enjoyed the waterslides. The staff was kind & came immediately when we needed extra towels. The elevators in tower 1 was extremely slow & busy. The cleanliness of the room could've been better. The furniture has scuff marks, scratches, etc & not well kept at all. The room felt cramped so definitely get the biggest size you can afford if you're traveling with a few people. Check in was super slow and I had to wait in line for over 30min just to check in."
