"Love the privacy even on the balconies with ocean views, pier view, pool view and all the activities within a close distance. Only issue we had was not being waited on in the hotel restaurant beside the front desk. Even afteretting the hostess know we had not been waited on, we still waited 30 minutes and it wasn't even busy. We got up and left and let the hostess know the waitor/waitress never showed and we had to go elsewhere."

"The property was in need of an update it wasnt terrible but tiles were broken in the main lobby the door leading to our balcony was in need of repair and had to be persuaded to shut every time. We never seen anyone cleaning the main pool except on the last day of our 6 day stay. Most trash cans were overflowing evvery morning showing that theey had no one cleaning and getting the property ready for the next days activity. We saw a woman from housekeeping mopping the main lobby every morning...

"I really like all our questions was answered and help from staff was offered often . Also staff hospitalities and mannerism was very friendly and professional . Our room was exactly what we wanted and was shown and parking was easily assessable. Our plan didn’t include a meal plan so we didn’t experience the in hotel food , but it looked really inviting"
