"Wasn’t expecting a 500CHF deposit at check in… but I understand. Would’ve been nice to know before showing up. Also, there was construction work going on just outside so there wasn’t much sleeping in. There was cleaning staff each day so that was nice and unexpected for an apartment stay. Well equipped and spacious for our family."

"The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again."

"Very comfortable rooms and courteous staff. Had a very long overnight trip from US & arrived in the early am to Zurich. Checked us in early so we could shower and rest a bit, before exploring. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Staff was extremely helpful with everything. Hotel is very clean and well kept. We stayed 4 nights and had a comfortable stay. The only negative I can think of is if you are super tall like my husbsnd he barely fit in the tub. Hotel is in a great central location and close walking to a lot of restaurants, shops,cafes."

"The room was modern, clean and well maintained. The bathroom area was somewhat disjointed and small. The modern way the facility was maintained with pads to request service and housekeeping did not work. When we requested our room to be made up and towels exchanged it did not happen, yet the computer showed we did request it. I'm not sure if it was electronic request or human error. "Room was very spacious and well laid out. Little additions line a retractable cloth line in the bath tub was very useful. Room was cool though it was a boiling 30 degrees outside. Staff were were helpful. You can get tickets to lindt factory on the day even (most times) though it was not available online. Breakfast was good though not a great selection for vegetarians. Would definitely recommend."

"The property is clean, spacious, well-appointed, and, most importantly, centrally located. Please note that this is not a typical hotel or serviced apartment. Communication from the staff was excellent, and housekeeping was well done. Due to the central location, there was some noticeable street noise at times, but the convenience and overall quality of the apartment made for a very enjoyable stay."
