"Details stated front desk was 24/7, I drove a few hours and didn’t get there till about 1AM. Front door was open but nobody was in the little lobby. I was waiting for an hour and the dude opened the door from the other side in the office and was drunk as hell. I was ringing the bell, calling and texting the phone. I even emailed the place. Never got a response within that hour waiting. Besides that, everything was fine."

"The room was very well kept. Bed was solid. Staff at check-in was very nice. The hotel is an older one, but the rooms look recently remodeled. Within a walk or short drive to the beach. Good place for the price."

I said I didnt want to but staff members said its needed to register me and said there is no way I would get marketing emails. I had no choice but to provide my email. Next thing I know I am receiving marketing communication from this hotel several tmes a day. "Very clean and nice room. Felt safe leaving my car there"

"Staff when checking in was very helpful and polite. Didn’t see any staff in the two days I was there. But they were there because my room was spotless. Parking was very close and accessible to the room. WiFi was easy access and easy to connect. Only negative thing was I could hear the neighbors tv at night and muffled talking. Needs some insulation between walls maybe. I would stay again for sure. Also, was very accessible to walking to shops downtown and walking around the Embarcadero. Enjoyed...

"The parking is the worst if you own a 1/2 ton truck, so you’re better off parking on the street with low risk of meter maid tickets. My room did not have an ocean view, but I walked over on the second floor there is a patio that has that Ocean view. Walking distance to the Embarcadero is what makes this Hotel the best location."
