"I stayed a week and daily cleaning consists of trash pickup. I got clean towels once. Never new coffee pods had to look for myself. One day hung the sign for room cleaning nothing was done. I left at 9am returned at 8 pm. on a previous trip I tried talking to the manager and he was very rude did not care. Only channel I could get was Netflix it was in Spanish. Luckly my granddaughter was able to help get it in English. The only reason to stay there is the location."

"I was delighted with my room and the amenities i.e., the kitchenette was great and quite useful. The staff was available. My one and only complaint were the inconsistencies of the building and room keys. I had three and I would be standing there trying to get into my building and my apartment without any luck."

There was a second person working behind a computer but they never looked up to help us - maybe they were on a break? After we finally got checked in, we went up to our room to find it hadn't been made. Beds were unmade, trash on the table and in the cans. Went back to the check in counter where we had to wait again. Told the guy that the room wasn't cleaned, he told us to wait while the manager...
