"This was a great location and fairly priced. The hosts go out of their way to provide extras like each towels. Public transportation to downtown Christchurch and airport is about 1 block away and runs every 15 minutes until late. There are lots of restaurants nearby along with grocery, pharmacy, and coffee shops. "

"Excellent location. The host is awesome. Check in included a tour of the room, ammenities & an offer of help with our luggage. We went with the split level appartment which was great but you need to carry your bags up stairs. Location is close to the beach, shops & restaurants."

"The hotel location is fine, but anywhere in Christchurch city will be close to everything there. I stayed in a 'club room' which was very ordinary and in need of some improvement. Worst of all was the club lounge - terrible location and atmosphere, and a complete waste of money unless you're there only for the free evening drinks. "Basic but nice. Friendly, helpful check in, showing us where all the amenities were on our way to our room. Everything was reasonably clean and tidy. We enjoyed the free access to the dining area to make a coffee and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The chiller in the hotel was a bit noisy during the night turning on and off."

"Great location in the city centre. Close to everything. The lady on reception was very helpful and accommodating with all of our many questions. The cleaning staff were also very nice. The rooms are very clean, a good size with a comfortable bed. We really didn’t have much time to enjoy the facilities but we did check out the rooftop bar. Very nice.
