In addition to being centrally located, the hotel is part of an arts center that has been reconstructed/renovated from the Christchurch earthquakes. The history is fascinating! "The hotel was clean, well-kept and had all the amenities myself and my partner could possibly need, and the staff were a pleasure to interact with.
The location itself was brilliant, a short 3-5 min walk to the centre of town, and right across the road from the town hall, where we attended a concert during our stay. Another brilliant stay in a Quest hotel, and we will definitely be back some time soon."

"This was my second stay at Hotel 115 - I came back because I loved it last time.
Although everything I loved was still in place, my room this time was very small. This time I was travelling for business, and really could have done with a desk. My bad for not checking.
My other issue was I arrived quite late (8pm - which they knew), on a very cold night. There was no heating on in the room - it would have been a nice touch to have turned that on, even on low. "
