"The Dormer House location was very convenient to the beach and to the famous Washington Street Mall. The parking is definitely a plus, because there is no parking anywhere when the summer is in full swing. The hostess was wonderful and very informative about the area and local activities, including at the house. There was short story reading on the porch, which was nice for something different. "Absolutely wonderful bed and breakfast. Room was incredibly clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was large and the rain shower head was very nice. Fresh strawberry lemonade and cookies on the deck every day was a nice touch. Short walk to the board walk and to Asbury shopping district. Perfect location. Great charm. Friendly and attentive staff. Will be staying here again!"
