"The room was very nice (clean) and the valet/bell staff were great (and quick too )
But the over cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t great and the elevators were filthy.
The biggest disappointment was that the restaurants weren’t open on a Tuesday?? Surprisingly nothing was really available except for Wahlburgers and a noodle place. They are open Wednesday through Sunday only.
The casino was smoke-filled, so very surprising that so many people were smoking
There were three pools… The inside/outside pool, although very pretty, was wall-to-wall kids and parents. They’re literally wasn’t a free spot in the pool. The cabana pool is beautiful, but they were booked out for days so you couldn’t go there either. We ended up at the boardwalk pool, which was nice enough but again, understaffed with one waitress for the entire pool and she stood talking at the bar with the bartender.
It was very evident that they are short staffed for pool and restaurant help. There are nicer places to stay for the same money."
