"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. "Worst stay of my life. Your food depends on if hotel have guests or no. If not enough you’ll get whatever without any heads up. Don’t book this place not unless if you want to get disappointment. Nothing close by this place you get stuck in there. "

"We didnt receive aiport pick up and drop off service by the resort. When we asked them the staff stated they don’t peovide that service but why it was written in their hotel information if they dont want to provide this service. Secondly there was wedding going on and it was so noizy until 12.30 am. It was a big bollywood aongs noise and around 15 people were dancing and making noise. We feel like we could have stayed somewhere better instead of this resort so we could enjoy our stay more. "

"We were drawn to the hotel as we wanted a pool. Unfortunately, the pool in the photographs are of a different SinQ hotel. The pool here is very, very small, no sun loungers, just the bar seats as the pool area is part of the bar! We had two nights and the first was great. The second night the hotel became a party venue with the bar overhead and then people running around the corridors, shouting and slamming doors"
