"Staff were lovely and beds were comfy"

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. My key fob to have power was a little dodgy at times with the lights going out in the morning whilst I was in the shower. Minimal car parking space especially if you have a 4WD, found I had to park out in the street on one of my 3 nights stay."

"Drove from Sydney expecting a good night's sleep and instead, I got a loud trashy night club blaring awful music and the bass reverbating through my room. I called reception and asked if they could reduce the volume and bass but they refused. I then went downstairs and spoke to the manager, Emma, who kept repeating 'It's a pub' and that they have live music every Friday. Many guests are international visitors and don't know that. It's also a hotel. People book hotels to sleep. I asked to move...

"Room was spacious enough. No body wash in dispenser in shower cubicle made it difficult to shower. No toaster in kitchenette. One wine glass. One teaspoon. Office hours didn’t commence til 9 am so not easy to ask for anything. So disappointing in what was provided and not provided. Staff friendly at front desk."

"A family-friendly place with beautiful pool, splash zone, playground and jumping pad. The river view cabins really do have a full view of the river. The boardwalk is lovely but very short. At one end is a stagnant lagoon that smells awful, but at the other end it's a beautiful broad platform with tables and a fantastic view. Everything is clean - amenities, cabins, pathways. The pedal cars are very worn and well beyond the point of being adjustable. The seat popped off ours mid-ride but luckily...
