"Good bones our room ac didn’t work WiFi was terrible understaff the man running the bar was great can’t enough good things about him really if the people who owned would do a soft remodel

New lobby furniture ( looked like it was straight out of Miami vice)
And a soft clean up of some room the place would be great and faster WiFi"
"We don’t expect much when we book a budget hotel. Just a place to sleep. We do expect cleanliness. This place was disgusting. Lower part of the shower curtain was orange and crunchy. Carpet had stains everywhere. I pulled out the tray under the freezer in the mini fridge. Hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
"My long weekend was fantastic! There was a lot of planned activities for the holiday. Music, food, and games poolside were wonderful. The breakfast buffet Is always aan excellent choice."
"We stayed at Osage Village Inn from Friday, May 22 through Monday, May 25 for a vacation, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked was because of the pool shown on the website, only to find out it was closed and apparently not planned to reopen anytime soon due to maintenance issues. This should absolutely be disclosed before booking.
The customer service was also poor. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and acted annoyed anytime we needed assistance. Even asking for extra towels felt like an inconvenience to him.
The room itself was not clean and had a bad smell. The wallpaper was falling off, the trim around the jet tub was missing, there was a hole in the wall, and the toilet was stained and looked dirty. On top of that, the water pressure was terrible and barely worked.
Overall, this stay did not match what was advertised online, and we were very disappointed with both the condition of the property and the customer service."
"We checked in and dropped off our bag on way to concert. The young lady and gentleman were super nice at check-in. We didn't check out the room until we arrived back from concert. Once inside we found the below issues. One bed did not have linens changed. There was food under the dirty sheets. No pillow on second bed and were in the chair with out pillow coverings. The faucet in shower is pulled loose from wall and the Toilet paper holder is broken off wall. The microwave has exploded food all over the inside, the refrigerator is filthy with food wrapers kids drink bottle and food inside. The freezer looks like something also exploded inside. This is highly unacceptable for human habitation. How could you put people in a room that had not been cleaned!?!?
I called (at midnight) when we got to the room to the front desk and the gentleman who answered refused to work with me about the room. He would not even come to see what I was talking about. I asked to speak with manager and he said he was but when we went to the office all was locked up and there wasn't a manager on sight and I needed to call the people I booked through so I did and they tried multiple times calling the office while I was on the phone but they would not pick up. Now we have to drive back to Kansas city because there isn't another room available."
"The building is old and certainly hasn’t been updated but the staff was so nice and it was clean. Foam bed was comfortable but they could use some new pillows."
"The light above the sink only worked when it felt like it. The bathtub was dirty all around the drain. The drain looked a little green. There was a clock but it didn't work. The TV was a ROKU and evidently not hooked up to anything. No phone if I needed a wake up call.
When we returned the door would not open...only flashed red...had to find someone to get the door open. There was an ironing board in the bathroom...no iron. No coffee pot.
I don't know if I would have used it anyway. The bed skirt was very poorly shoved into the mattress bottom. Breakfast was poor...could not find butter for toast...or for biscuits...there was gravy for the biscuits. Plates were styrofoam and the utensils were small white and looked like the kids should use them.
The girl at the desk was nice.
I don't think I would have a return visit."
