Issues with the house: - No hot water for 8 days (I spent hours with the management trying to fix it). - No wifi for two days. - The toilet paper lasted two days, so I had to purchase more. - No coffee maker - I smashed cockroaches inside the house - The microwave didn't work - A pot has a hole! Pros: The a/c worked fine, and the Wonderful Italy customer service. I will not come back to La Casa di Sara. "
