"NO RESERVEN!!!! NO HUBO COMUNICACION POR PARTE DE ELLOS, NUNCA ENTREGARON LA CLAVE PARA ENTRAR. CUANDO LLEGAMOS NO ERA LA DIRECCIÓN Y NO CONTESTARON EL TELÉFONO. NOS DEJARON SIN HOTEL A LA 1AM. ES UNA ESTAFA!!!!"

"We enjoyed our seven day stay. It is close to the train, restaurants and shops. All staff was very helpful and the place is clean. The WIFI is very good. There is no elevator but reception quickly found us someone to help us with our luggage for a reasonable fee. I think he was a nearby cab driver. There is a mini room kitchen with dishes and a common room kitchen."

"The location was perfect"

"Communication with management was superb. Check-In was easy. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The area in my opinion was generally quiet and safe. I walked most places and occasionally took a Uber. I would book the place again."

"It was all perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Great location just next to the center in a quieter area. Easy to park, easy to walk everywhere. Comfortable beds and very helpful owner. Highly recommended"

"I must say that the description on Expedia is a bit misleading. This is a shared apartment with private rooms and bathrooms. You need to step into the hallway to go to your private bathroom. The host made up for that little inconvenience. He was so helpful and went out of his way to accommodate every request we had and even those we didn’t have. Great host with great service. Would recommend due to his hospitality. Place is very well located"

"Emanuele was a very polite host, he picked me up from the airport and showed me around the neighborhood and gave some good advice for places to eat. Very quiet area, close to the main streets and the famous market."

"Great location to the train station and walking distance to the city centre. The building itself is very old but the rooms are very nice clean and modern. The communication with the hosts and check in process was slightly complicated since it is all digital and no one to speak to directly. I spend 4 hours on the phone with a customer service hotline just trying to get the check in information. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and the location and modern features made it perfect for sleeping...

"Very modern suite which was very clean and had all new furniture and amenities . The staff were very friendly, professional and responsive to requests . The location was ideal. Close to city centre, historical monuments and transportation. There were several shops and restaurants in the area. The advertised description was accurate. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The location is on a quieter side street."
