Service was terrible. The room was not cleaned and towels were not changed, even though I went downstairs in the afternoon and reminded them. WoodSpring Suites Palm Springs – West Palm Beach
Room was clean, the mattress for me was horrible, lumpy. The bed itself is very low. I'm 5' 3" and the top of the mattress barely came to my knee. I was only there 2 days and the 2nd day I got a little bit of warm water in the shower and then ONLY COLD water.
