"That was the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel. Great location great staff but the busiest they get the quality service goes down.. this time we found BED BUGS IN THE BEDS. they offered to switch rooms but found brd bugs aswell.. we stayed 3 nights out of 5. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The entire property was spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable environment. The staff were a major highlight—super attentive and always ready to help with a smile. To top it off, the location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful property nestled in the jungle with calm and zen vibes. The place is constantly being kept up so it is immaculate. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Lots of walking if that's what you want (10-14k steps in my case), but there are always golf carts ready to take you where you need to go. Food truck was really nice. Only improvement would be to the restaurant options, Salt & Thyme (international/Italian buffet) was a hit with my picky eater but it was only open the last 2 days of our 7 days there. Lastly would be lovely to have a kids corner in the gym so single parents can get a workout in. Overall we had a wonderful stay, I would recommend and would book again in a heartbeat. "
