"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"Spotlessly clean room, very well appointed and equipped with everything you could need and with a wonderful view."

"An amazing hotel in a beautiful setting and we will certainly revisit one day without hesitation. The only downside for me would be the dinner menu which was a bit uninspiring and safe. Saying that, they do have a lot of people staying so I guess it needs to be a functional menu, St Ives offers many restaurants so if you are after a bit of flare, wander down into the main town."

"We booked 3 rooms through Expedia. I thought they were quite expensive for what we paid, 280 each for superior sea view. When we arrived after a long drive taking over 9 hours we were told we only had 2 rooms booked. The manager was gone ages and came back telling us there had been a mistake, tried to blame Expedia and took two members of our party to its sister hotel, the Pedn Olva up the road. "The property was small but ok for 2 adults & a pet ... It was clean & modern ... I asked a couple of questions but got no reply ... it was advertised on expedia as having parking which was the main reason we booked it but there is no room anywhere near the property to park which i feel is false advertisising ...other than this we enjoyed our stay in Beautiful St Ives .... reply "

"The property was perfectly placed and beautifully furnished. It had everything we could want for a short stay in Cornwall. The hosts were swift to respond to messages and very attentive during our stay without leaving us a sensation that we were being monitored or observed in any way. The location was very clean. I would easily stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family."

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"

"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"
