"Had a leak in our room. Told the front desk they did not offer any reimbursement. The leak also was dripping to floor which made the carpet constantly wet. This was extremely disappointing. This created an uncomfortable environment and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. "I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is perfect for a walk into town and quick drive to the beach. The Boarding House is upscale but not stuffy with a retro-beach vibe. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was a breeze. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the rooftop deck and had cocktail there on our last night. My only criticism is that the parking is a little tight. Overall. Wonderful!"
