"Excellent, clean room. Shuttle buses to and from MTR station were convenient, though oftentimes full. Walk to shopping mall wasn't too far, despite the summer heat."

"My room was really nice. Very clean. However, I only gave the hotel 4 stars because they allowed pets. Big pets, barking, dogs... dogs were everywhere.. in the dining area...in the bar.. in the common areas, so therefore I have no choice but to think that my room probably housed a pet as well. While there was no evidence to that, I have to believe that a pet was in there at some point, so I only gave the hotel four stars. I don't hate dogs.... I just don't want to vacation with them... much like small children."

"What i love the most in River View Hotel amenities is the hotel free shuttle ride to and from hotel to Tsuen Wan MTR station every 15mns. Also, we were allowed to check in earlier for free. Our view is awesome from the higher floor and family room facing the ocean water and pool. The front desk staff are very helpful and speak good English. All is good. We stayed 5 nights. "Upon arrival at the hotel lobby, the doorman warmly welcomed us and proactively assisted with our luggage. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the front desk staff were very patient and helpful in answering all of our questions. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was clean and well maintained. Sammi from housekeeping was also very kind and friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay."
