"The shuttle bus service was the main reason I chosen this hotel. Took us quite some times to look for it at the airport even after asking for the location and direction. As the bus only has a sign board at the front, 1st timer will not be able to notice it with out clear instruction what to look out for. Moreover, we were told to wait between bay 9 to 15. Which caused more confusion."
