There are four bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, the rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped, the large air conditioner also makes the atmosphere very pleasant. She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. Hoi an is the place to be for english speaking tourists. "
