"I really enjoyed my stay in Sujet Center Hotel as i explored Hai Chau and My An. The check in with Quynh was very smooth which I appreciated as I arrived at night from a long travel day. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable, all appliances and amenities worked as advertised. The area felt safe and Security Guard Ngoc was always on duty and friendly. When it was time to check out, J and Quynh were quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend."

"The staff are friendly and nice. I made a complaint about the room not being properly cleaned because there were stains everywhere, the reception staff promised to have a deep clean the next day but it didn't happen since the places I showed her are still dirty and they never bothered to follow up as well. I didn't bother to complain again since it wasn't dirty to the point that is unacceptable for a hotel. The swimming pool bathroom/changing room is also very dirty. I think the hotel manager...

"The stay was fine. They had room cleaning service daily. The only thing that gave this place a 4 star not a five is that the fridge did not work the entire time. We did tell them about the situation but nothing was done about fixing the mini fridge. When traveling to a hot environment i would like to have a fridge that works to put cold drinks in. But other then that if you are just looking for something decent. This was good enough."

"Big huge breakfast with nice staff. A really good gym with a great view of the city. Many nice machines and heavy dumb bells. This is a nice older hotel. I love the older hotels honestly. Lots of wood, marble and brass. Short walk to the airport. I will stay again. "

"We had a lovely time at this boutique hotel. The staff checked us in quickly and were kind enough to surprise us with a cake for my partners birthday. Shout out to Ma, Tiam, Chu, Dan, and Tinh for making our short stay very special. It’s only a short walk to the Han market and several cute little places to dine, and a 10 minute grab ride to the beachfront. The coconut coffee in the cafe was really yummy. "The staffs are very nice no problem with checking in, inly problem I had was why were there no microwave in the rooms we had a three bedroom suite we had to keep calling for the iron and the iron board. There’s no plates there’s no fork. What’s the purpose of having a stove with no utilities to use or what’s the purpose of having a kitchen?"
