"The shower head had more water coming from the connection on top than the actual head and the bathroom counter has a big crack in it. We were also only given bottled water for the first day when we checked in and were there for 3 days."

"Stayed 2 nights. Room was big enough and had chairs outside room. Bathroom had awkward by bedroom. Very clean. Staff not very friendly especially the lady who checked us in. Room key would not work so I immediately went back only to find her locking up. She was not happy about having to go back in. It then took her forever how to figure out how to make a new key. It was only 4 pm. isn’t that normal check in time? The office was then closed up. The next day about noon I asked a maintenance man...

"Clean room, staff was nice. No hot tub. Breakfast was okay. My worst experience was the loss of my backpack they stored my luggage (thank you) someone took my bag thankfully they knew it was called them and they Ubered it back to me. I had important medication in there. There needs to be a system or don’t store bags. "

"I got a bad taste from this trip because I was hit with a $55 per night for amenities and $25 to park a car. After paying this most of the activities we had to pay extra for. It was difficult to get down from the room limited elevators and a long confusing walk to the stairs. "

"Enjoyed the pool cabana was nice. The room'ms closet was almost as big as the bathroom and could have at least had a full size ironing board and a light. The vanity in the bathroom was almost non existant making its use difficult. The vent fan was on whenever the room was used and quite loud. The staff was very pleasant and the food was good and parking convenient. All told we would look for an upgraded room if we book again."

"We got a room directly above the restaurant. Never again! The fans on the roof of the restaurant were so loud we couldn’t enjoy sitting on our balcony. Not only that Ricky T‘s across the street had music playing so loud it made it even worse. We liked the room except for the low bathroom lighting and we loved the area and the walking path, but the noise was just too much. Also, $180 for amenities is ridiculous. Definitely not worth it. We paid a lot of money to stay there and it really wasn’t...

"Extremely upset and disappointed in the staff, they did not realize that they already gave us the room. We are in the room, and then they gave keys to another guest, which walked in our room why my wife was changing. I am extremely upset that something like this occurred. I expect privacy when I pay to stay at a hotel. I expressed my displeasure with the staff. Yes, they did apologize with rolling eyes extremely disrespectful."
