My room was ground level with a street light right outside. The room did not have a blackout curtain, just the sheer one. I made 2 complaints, and we were not offered a new room now was the problem solved. The room was also visibly dirty.

The Breakers Hotel & Suites
Staff are wonderful. Rooms are clean, metal in bathroom is rusted. Nice balcony to relax on. Good proximity to the boardwalk/beach. Breakfast is just muffins, cereal or oatmeal and coffee or juice. Overall you get what you pay for here but close to beach.
